Hotel reservations for team players, coaches and chaperones were booked at the HYATT GRAND HOTEL - 1000 H STREET NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20001. The website for the hotel can be found here. Check-in is Friday, February 13th and check-out is Monday, February 16th.

The parents' room block is tentatively booked at the same hotel with an arrival date of 2/13/2009 and a departure date of 2/16/2009. Team parents and guests may go online to reserve individual rooms from this block. The process is simple as follows:

In your web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Netscape) go to www.thsweb.com and type P12322175280020 in the space provided and click the "Submit Password" button. You will be brought to a screen on the THS' secure site.

To book a room, you must click on the "Add Person" button and provide all the necessary information (Name, Phone, Credit Card, Email, etc.) to book the room. Shortly after entering this information, you will receive an email confirming the room and providing instructions on how to modify or cancel individual room reservations.

Please be advised that any rooms in this block (for Hyatt Grand only) not booked by 12/25/2008 will be released and any subsequent attempts at reservations will be subject to availability.
